3. How to Record & Transcribe Your Zoom Meetings

Follow these simple steps to have the DeepVo.ai bot join, record, and process your Zoom meeting.

Step 1: Tell the Bot Which Meeting to Join

1. Navigate to https://deepvo.ai/transcribe/ in your web browser.
2. Log in to your DeepVo.ai account.
3. In your dashboard, click the button "Join Zoom Meeting"
4. Paste the full Zoom meeting invitation link (URL) into the field.
5. Click "Join Meeting" (or a similar button).

Step 2: Let the Bot into Your Meeting

1. At the scheduled time, start your Zoom meeting as the host.
2. The "DeepVo.ai Bot" will request to join your meeting. You will see it in your participant list or waiting room.
3. Admit the bot. If you have a waiting room enabled, you must manually admit the "DeepVo.ai Bot" for it to record.
4. Conduct your meeting as usual! The bot will record quietly in the background.

Step 3: Access Your Meeting Summary and Transcript

1. After the meeting has ended, return to your DeepVo.ai dashboard at https://deepvo.ai/transcribe/
2. Go to the "Meetings" or "Summaries" section.
3. Find and click on the meeting you just recorded.
4. Review your content! You can now view the AI-generated meeting summary, the full transcription, and any extracted action items.
